Notes:

There are 12 different inserts in total: six different inserts with James on them (number 1 up to 150) & six different inserts with the band on them (number 151 up to 300). Each insert is limited to 25 copies. All inserts are numbered. There is also a green copy (number: 065/300). In all probability the green record was taken from the "heavy thoughts tonight" bootleg. Or it's an overstock of the "heavy thoughts tonight" bootleg.

Please note: the matrix on side a is "Whereve" not "Wherever"!!!
