Notes:

Appeared in 01/11/2008. 10" metal/lacquer plate. Only 13 of these were made. A few copies have a matrix number & a few don't. Also it comes with a cd-r (with cd covers, also numbered). I got two different cd-r's. A few copies contain only one picture cd-r, a few two picture cd-r's and a few only a blank cd-r.
