The black & coloured edition came originally out on "see for miles", "northlake", "serious music ltd." & "lounging records" labels. The black edition with neutral white labels & white "metallica" labels (also with "homemade" white labels) had been made in a second edition. I also got an insert version (overstock/homemade) with many stickers glued on the cover.

Also there are two different covers: "reddish" & "pinkish" cover.
